October 29 Program - INRCOG
Kyle Durant and Codie Leseman from INRCOG will be presenting highlights from the 2045 Long Range Plan which includes major roadway and bridge projects in the next 5 years in the Cedar Valley.  Also included is discussion on the new 2045 Bicycle Plan that shows future trails and bicycle accommodations on roadways.

October 22 Program DG Neil Fell
 
District Governor Neil Fell visited our club last Monday. As Governor makes his rounds to local clubs in District 5970 we were honored to receive a certificate that recognizes our club for our financial contributions and advocacy for Polio.

November 5th:  Abby Finkenauer, the Democratic Candidate for Iowa’s 1st Congressional District will be here a day before the election.  She’ll be talking about her vision for the future of the 1st Congressional District and answer questions.  This visit will provide an alternative vision that our current Congressman, Rod Blum presented to us at the end of August.
