As we begin the 2009-2010 Rotary year, I look forward to continuing many Rotary traditions. Our club will continue to support the eradication of polio and improving water quality at the international level. At the local level, we will maintain the Gazebo Park and Children's Garden Playground. Our special international interest called "The Mustard Seed Project" provides educational and hygienic supplies to Kenya each year through Oelwein's Linda Massey. We also support many local interests financially through our membership and fund raisers.

My focus this year will be growing our membership and getting to know each other a little better through our "Five Minute Biography". We meet each Monday at noon at Edgewater GC. Come join us for great food, great camaraderie, and great programs!
