Join us today at noon at the Waterloo Convention Center to hear from the North East Iowa Regional Board of Realtors. Our guest speaker is incoming President of the Board of Realtors, Karmen Schwake. She will be discussing the real estate market in the Cedar Valley both residential and commercial. Karmen is a native of Waterloo, graduated from West High School and attended school in Arizona. She is currently a broker for Oakridge Realty. She has a family of 4 and resides in Waterloo.
