Today we will hear from Waterloo School Board member, Astor Williams.
Astor is a current Waterloo School board member, having served his first term of four years and is currently in his third year of his second term.
He grew up in Waterloo and graduated from West High School. He is married and has four children.
Astor graduated from the University of Northern Iowa and currently works there as a Senior Education Counselor at the Center for Urban Education. He also officiates high school basketball game and previously coached basketball East High School.
