The Rotary Zone 25b-29 Institute was a gathering of Club and District Leaders to share to learn and become better equipped as Leaders. Our own Waterloo Rotarian and future District Governor Jeff Halverson traveled to San Antonio, Texas with his wife Mary Margaret. Jeff returned to Iowa energized to lead our District!
